As the cases of COVID-19 infections continue to rise, taking daily precautions such as washing hands, social distancing, exercising and getting enough sleep some important factors for lowering the risk of infection. Consuming healthy diet to help boost our immune system may also give us an edge. It is important to note that no research has been done on foods that help fight specificallyagainst COVID-19.However, previous studies have found that eating certain functional foods can improve our health and strengthen our body’s ability to fight certain invasive viruses.
