The uses of plants to treat various diseases is old as the mankind itself. Skin diseases are very common various skin diseases affects all age groups in our daily life. Maintaining the healthy skin is very important for us. Skin diseases that commonly occur are boils, achne, rashes, chicken pox, itching, cuts and wounds. The aim of this paper is to document the traditional knowledge of plants used to treat skin diseases by local people. Natural treatment is cheap and claimed to be safe. Plants are the invaluable, incredible and traditional sources for the curability of various diseases.It is a need of hour to explore, use and conserve the heritable knowledge about medicinal plants to cure diseases.
